FAIR USAGE POLICY EXPLAINED
The requirements in this Fair Usage Policy (Fair Usage Policy) are supplementary to, and form part of, the Shping User Terms and Conditions of Use (Terms), which relate to the use of the Shping App (the App), which is operated by Authenticateit Pty Ltd (ACN 155 162 253) trading as Shping (Shping or us). To continue accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound to this Fair Usage Policy. If you do not agree to this Fair Usage Policy, do not access or use the App.
From time to time we may update this Fair Usage Policy, the Terms and/or provide you with supplemental terms via the App or by email. Such supplemental terms will also form part of the Terms from time to time.
The App enables you to receive rewards, in the form of Shping Coins, in exchange for participation in certain activities (Activities), as outlined in the App.
Activities may include scanning product barcodes and interacting with product related content, uploading receipts of products purchased, and posting reviews. Shping reserves the right to vary the Activities from time to time.
You understand and agree that you may only upload receipts, and receive Shping Coins, from genuine purchases you have made. Receipts must be uploaded within seven days of purchase.
Receipts must be uploaded whole (i.e. show the entirety of the receipt) and in an acceptable quality for the App to recognise its data. Where the App is unable to recognise the receipt, you may not receive some or all applicable rewards and the receipt may be rejected and not be stored. For the avoidance of doubt, Shping makes no representations or warranties about the App’s ability to recognise and store the receipt data.
A receipt may only be uploaded once. Where a receipt must be re-uploaded, you must first delete the first upload. Where the same receipt in whole or in part has been uploaded more than once, either by you or another App user, Shping reserves the right to terminate your use of the App in accordance with the Terms.
Shping may also terminate your use of the App, in accordance with the Terms, where is reasonably believes that you have attempted to deceive Shping or the App to receive a reward.
4. Daily Scan Limit
Currently, the daily limit is set to 100 scans, but this may be adjusted from time to time (Daily Scan Limit). You must not exceed the Daily Scan Limit. Once a Daily Scan Limit is exceeded a temporary ban is placed on an account, below showcases the duration of the ban in each case:

Where you exceed the Daily Scan Limit four or more times, Shping reserves the right to terminate your account in accordance with the Terms.
Note: You will receive a timeline notification at 80 scans. If you continue to scan, you will receive a drop in karma at 80 scans. At the Daily Scan Limit of 100, a temporary ban is placed as per above.
5. 30-Day Scan Limit
Currently, the 30-day scan limit is set to 1000 scans, but this may be adjusted from time to time (30-Day Scan Limit). You must not exceed the 30-Day Scan Limit.
Once a limit is exceeded a temporary ban is placed on an account, below showcases the duration of the ban in each case:

Where you exceed the 30-Day Scan Limit four or more times, Shping reserves the right to terminate your account in accordance with the Terms.
6.1 Withdrawals are subject to the following calendar monthly cash limits:

6.2 Withdrawal Booster
By buying products participating in the Withdrawal Booster campaign, you will increase your calendar monthly withdrawal limits. Eligible items are marked Boosted and display withdrawal increase entitlement and must be purchased during such active campaign Withdrawal Booster increase limits.

6.3 Number of coins withdrawn via cashout and/or transfer, cannot be greater than double the amount of coins earned in the previous calendar month. This rule does not apply during the initial two calendar months from the installation date.
6.4 Restrictions and termination due to prolonged lack of activity
In the absence of following activities:
- Uploading of eligible the receipts
- Interaction with featured products
- Accepted Product reviews
- Product scanning
for period of more than 25 consecutive days, withdrawal function will be disabled for a period of 31 days from the date on which use of the App is resumed;
If a user’s Karma drops below 50%, the withdrawal function will be disabled until Karma returns to above 70%.
If the user is inactive for a period longer than 6 months, the account may be terminated without further notice.
7. Account levels
Shping offers users the chance to ‘level up’ their account.
To level up you need to fulfil certain tasks, which Shping may vary from time to time.
Currently, the following tasks allow you to ‘level up’:

Calculated from the individual’s anniversary date or from the latest level up date. Instant Level up once all
task are completed. Downgrade is one level down per month on the anniversary date.
Your ‘level up’ date is calculated from your anniversary (date you registered for the App) each month.
If you fail to ‘level up’ within your anniversary month, you will move back to the previous level.
8. Product review guidelines
- Reviews must only relate to products you have purchased:
- Reviews should be based on personal experience with the product.
- Please do not write reviews about products you have not purchased.
- Use actual product photos or videos:
- If you choose to include photos or videos in your review, please make sure they are of the actual product and not taken from a computer screen or TV.
- Provide value to other users:
- Please avoid short, uninformative reviews such as “love it” or “great product”.
- Instead, provide detailed and informative feedback that would be useful to others.
- Follow our content policy:
- We reserve the right to reject any reviews that violate our content policy.
- Your review must not be offensive, threatening, harassing, or violate any privacy, intellectual property, publicity, or rewards of other users or third parties.
- Additionally, your review must not contain any software viruses or programs that may disrupt the App’s provision.
Your Karma will increase or decrease based on your pattern of use. We reserve rights to change activities impacting your Karma. As a guide:

- Completing TO DO card
Activity that decrease your Karma
- Rejected product review
- Disliked review
- Missing a to do card
